Your company email address user-name@MyPlumber.com or user-name@Tech.MyPlumber.com are only to be used for My Plumber Plus official business purposes, it is not to be used for personal use. Examples included but are not limited to, Social Media, Banks, 401k plans, ADP, Workforce, Netflix, Ticketing, Travel, Utility companies, primary account on a mobile device, etc. One of several reasons for this is that if you are no longer employed by My Plumber Plus, your email accounts gets deleted, and you would possibly lose access to your accounts. If you do not know what personal use would be considered, please ask your manager.
It is quick and easy to get added back when an employee unsubscribes their email address from a group email list. Example: wecare@myplumber.com email group list.
Be signed in with the email address that needs to be added, i.e. (first.last@myplumber.com) and click JOIN GROUP in the top middle of this page

If you are already a member of a group,you will see the email message archive at that URL, this is useful to see any emails that were not forwarded while you were unsubscribed.

NOTE, only users with an @myplumber.com email address will have access, and only if the Group settings are configured to allow it.
Your UserName@MyPlumber.com email password is synced with your computer logon password, which means your email password will also change and be the same as your computer login password.

To change your computer logon and email password at anytime; while logged in to your computer; press the CTRL, ALT, DEL, keys at the same time and select change password from the menu.
When your computer logon password changes, so will your email password.
Users of Outlook, smartphones or other devices will need to update the email password on that device when your logon / email password changes.
If you do not know or have forgotten your password, you will need to contact IT support for a password reset.

If you are using Outlook and are not receiving emails... In Outlook, go under the File menu and look to see if Work Offline is checked. If it is, click it to un-check it, then hit Send and Receive. A window will open for Google Apps asking for your password. Enter the password and you will be good to go.
