To help expedite IT support please provide as much detail as possible about what support is needed, it is also important to include your full contact information:

• First and Last Name

• Employee ID

• Mobile phone number, if none, phone and ext. #'s.

• Email address

• Name of your computer

• The department you are in. i.e. (DSP, CSR, Accounting)

• The location, i.e. What desk you sit at.

• Teamviewer ID number (Optional)

• Providing screenshots or pictures are also very helpful.
